Our Return Policy

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes. You can return or exchange any order, for any reason.

Can I return opened boxes of Swigg packets or a used water bottle?

Yes. Used or opened items are returnable. We want to make sure you love your Swigg products, and you have to try them to know!

How does the exchange process work?

You can find the option to exchange your item on your account page. Once you initiate the exchange process, you will receive a code to input at checkout which will credit your purchase an amount equal to what you paid for the item you are exchanging.

You may order a new item before you return the item you are exchanging. However, if we do not receive the old item within 30 days of the date the exchange process was initiated, you will be charged the cost of the new item.

Will you provide a free shipping label for returns?

This depends on the circumstance. If your item arrives damaged or is otherwise defective, we will cover the cost of the shipping label.

However, if the item comes as described, you will need to cover the cost of shipping it back.

Will I need to pay a restocking fee on returned items?


I returned my order. When can I expect to receive my refund, and how will I be credited?

Once you’ve handed your return package off to the post office, you can expect to receive your money back in 14-21 days. To keep you in the loop, we will send you an email notifying you when the item is received by our facility.

Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
